Cancellation Policy
The Arena – Individual Training Policy By booking and participating in training sessions with The Arena, participants (or parents/guardians if under 18) agree to the following: Scheduling & Payment All individual training sessions must be scheduled in advance and paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled within the same calendar month, based on availability. All sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited. The Arena Rescheduling Policy The Arena reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including trainer availability, facility conflicts, or weather. A new session time will be coordinated with the participant. Assumption of Risk & Injury Waiver Participation in soccer training involves inherent physical risks. By participating, individuals acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that The Arena and its staff are not responsible for injuries that may occur during training, except in cases of proven gross negligence. Medical Responsibility Participants confirm they are physically able to participate in athletic training. In the event of injury or medical emergency, The Arena staff may seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. Participants (or guardians) accept responsibility for any medical costs that may arise. Photo & Media Release Participants grant The Arena permission to use photos or videos taken during training for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation. Personal Property The Arena is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Code of Conduct Players and parents are expected to maintain a respectful and positive environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in the participant being removed from training sessions without refund. Agreement By booking a training session with The Arena, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
